1. Service

Fruvyn IDE provides a cloud coding agent workspace and metered access to Fruvyn models. Fruvyn is operated by Bluvense. You agree to lawful use, plan quotas, and account security. Abuse, payment fraud, or attempts to compromise infrastructure may result in suspension without refund.

2. Pricing & currency

Prices are listed and charged in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location and payment provider.

3. No refund policy

Because we procure and allocate model compute directly for your subscription (including capacity from our model stack), cash refunds for unused tokens, partial months, cancellations after activation, dissatisfaction with model outputs, or unused project seats are not available.

Unused tokens on an active subscription may roll into the next billing period as saved credits (subject to plan caps). If a subscription is canceled, leftover credits may be reclaimed into Bluvense's credit vault and are not cash-refundable.

You may cancel future renewals to stop further charges; cancellation does not reverse amounts already paid for the current period.

If a payment fails, is disputed improperly, or is reversed via chargeback after services were delivered, we may suspend the account and pursue recovery of fees and related costs.

4. Custom plans

Custom agreements may include additional commercial terms in writing. Unless a signed order form expressly states otherwise, the no-refund policy above still applies to prepaid compute.
